By using Card Chaser you agree to these terms. They're short and in plain language.

Using the service

You must be at least 13. Keep your sign-in private and don't use the service to break the law, harass people, scrape it, or get around its limits (for example by creating automated accounts). Don't enter made-up purchases or trades or otherwise try to distort the shared prices. We may suspend accounts that do.

No affiliation

Card Chaser is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and its names, card images and artwork belong to their respective owners.

Prices, deals and scores are estimates

Market prices come from third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date. A listing's score is a guide to where to look first, not advice or a guarantee. Always check a listing's photos, condition, seller and price before you buy. Purchases happen on other sites, under their rules, and Card Chaser isn't a party to them.

Affiliate links

Card Chaser may earn a small commission when you buy through links to eBay, at no extra cost to you. It never changes the price you pay or which deals we show.

Trading with other people

The trade page and trade checker help people find each other and compare values. We don't verify anyone's identity or the condition of their cards, and we don't hold cards or money. Trade at your own risk: meet in a public place, inspect cards before you swap, and be careful with anyone who asks you to send something first.

Your content and your data

You keep ownership of what you add, such as your trade page and notes. You give Card Chaser permission to host, display and use it as needed to run the service, for example showing your trade page to anyone you share the link with.

If you choose to share prices, you also let us use that information, combined with other people's and with identifying details removed, to improve and build the service and to create statistics. We describe what's kept in the Privacy page. We don't sell personal information.

You're responsible for what you put on your trade page and for having the right to share it. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading or abusive. We may remove content or pages that break these terms.

Our data

Card Chaser's software, scores, statistics and the way its data is put together belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, scrape or resell them, or use them to build a competing database. Card names and images belong to their owners and are shown only to identify cards.

The service as it is

Card Chaser is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and it may change, pause or end at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost cards, failed trades or other indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact
